Shipping policy

Shipping, customs and import

1. All products will be shipped with tracking and insurance. 
2. A signature on the receipt is required upon delivery of your watch.
3. The buyer or his/her appointed representative’s signature on acceptance of the shipment is deemed as evidence of the date of delivery and fulfilment by ETIEN.
4. Taxes, customs levies and import duties are not included in the product price. Any customs levies, import duties and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be paid by the buyer to the buyer’s local custom office upon the arrival of the buyer’s watch.
